Thekkady, Even on the way, you will witness the abundant natural beauty. Once you are in Thekkady you can experience the hill station in all its pristine natural beauty adorned with green pastures of spice plantations, beautiful rivulets, cascading waterfalls and dense forests. It is land of tea plantations into the heart of the spice hills in Thekkady. On arrival Thekkady, check-in the hotel, keep the luggage at the hotel, fresh up and proceed for Thekkady local markest. In Evening free to enjoy a walk through the bustling spice market of Kumily village in Thekkady. After That you can go Martial Arts School, Kathakali School, Aurveda Massage on own cost. In the Evening back to the Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Thekkady.

In the morning after breakfast, proceed on Thekkady Local Sightseeing. (Thekkedy, also known as periyar is a world famous wildlife sanctuary and one of the 48 Tiger reserves in India). There you will enjoy 1:30 hour game viewing cruise around the Periyar Lake which is the main way to tour the sanctuary. Here you will feel the diversity of the nature by watching variety of wildlife, which include elephants, monkeys, deer, wild boar etc. If time permits you can enjoy Elephant ride and some other places too (You can buy Pariyar wildlife sanctuary entry tickets on your own) . After enjoying all day our representative will drive you back to the Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at Thekkady.

After breakfast we set out on an early start to Alleppey. The drive is approximately 5 hour long, covering a distance of around 160kms. The Venice of the East will welcome you with its serene backwaters and mouth watering cuisine. You can board your houseboat by around 1pm. Sit back and relax while the boat cruises through the narrow canals of the Vembanad lake. Explore the scenic backwaters while passing through lagoons, canals, lakes, rivers and inlets. See the traditional villages and coconut groves from the deck of the boat. After 6pm the houseboat will drop anchor for the day. Enjoy your stay on the houseboat with twinkling stars above and the tranquil waters beneath.

The houseboat will start cruising again at 8 am and drop you at Alleppey jetty at 10 am. You will then proceed to Cochin. On the way if time permits, all the possible sightseeing will be covered. Our representative will drop you to the Cochin Airport for your onward journey.
